Thank you to everyone who posted questions for Kirsten Kemp as well as for your question submissions to email@example.com! We received such a large amount of questions that unfortunately we weren’t able to get to all of them in our author chat with Kirsten. But because of the high interest in house flipping, we’ll be sure to revisit this topic again soon on the blog and to get some more authors to weigh in on your excellent questions. In the meantime, what did you think of what Kirsten had to say on the podcast? Are you still finding house flipping successes in your market?
I am from a small rural area and am intrerested in green building . Where do I start?
Question: ( I cannot figure out where to ask, but I though I would put it here.
In Oklahoma we are attmpting to get the contiueing education requirement waived for brokers who have been licensed for at least 25 years and are 65 years of age or older.
Do you know of such a policy in any other states??
Arroneys and MDs in our state are not required to take continuing ed if they meet the aforesaid reqirements.
